Hey Jon, nice post. I have always enjoyed the premise behind the anniversary brews using the number of malts and hops as the year of business. Sounds like a tasty beer, looking forward to 14 and 15.

Hey there. This is Zak Davis from Shmaltz Brewing Company. Great review and quite spot on if I do say so myself. I'm glad that you've enjoyed our Jewbelation series thus far. The golden question is always "how far are they gonna go?" The answer is...I don't know. We're definitely launching a Jewbelation 14 this year, and I'm even hoping for a 15. As they get bigger and bigger, they obviously get more and more aggressive. As we've continued to up the intensity, I've started aging these guys for longer periods of time. A couple years down the road, Jewbelation Bar Mitzvah will have evened out and mellowed out, and will arguably taste more delicious than it does today. L'Chaim!! ~Zak
